Resistance Bands with Handles
Resistance tubes with handles are perfect for strength and fitness workouts at home or on the move. Each tube band is 4ft long and you can choose 1 of 4 strengths: #1 Yellow (Light / 10-15lbs); #2 Red (Medium / 15-20lbs); #3 Blue (Heavy / 20-25lbs); #4 Black (X-Heavy / 25-35lbs).
